Our playroom is designed for children aged 3-12 years. We have different zones tailored to various age groups, ensuring appropriate challenges and safety for all visitors.
For children under 6, we require at least one guardian to remain on premises. Older children may be left under our supervision, though we have a comfortable parent lounge if you choose to stay.
Our standard sessions are 2, 4, or 8 hours. For the comfort of all children, we recommend breaks after 2 hours of continuous play. Full-day participants receive scheduled rest periods.
We maintain a 1:5 staff-to-child ratio, all surfaces are impact-absorbing, equipment is sanitized hourly, and our facility has secure entry/exit points. All staff are first-aid certified.
Absolutely! Our premium party packages include private space, themed decorations, tech activities, and catering options. Book at least 2 weeks in advance for weekend dates.
