1. General Terms

By accessing or using KolaKids services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings require full payment in advance
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours receive 50% refund
• No-shows forfeit their payment

3. Child Safety

• Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information
• Children must be signed in/out by authorized adults
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to ill children
• Parents must disclose any special needs or allergies

4. Liability

While we take all reasonable safety precautions, KolaKids is not liable for:

• Accidents resulting from normal play activities
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Any pre-existing medical conditions

5. Behavior Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Bullying or aggressive behavior
• Intentional damage to equipment
• Disregard for safety rules

Violators may be asked to leave without refund.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
